Colors of My Soul
Some of you probably know that Colors of My Soul used to be the name of my very first blog, a place I loved a cherished because there are so many sweet memories associated with it.
Most of you surely noticed that The Colors Magazine has not been updated for quite a while. Some even have asked questions. A few people asked me to come back. I was hesitant at first. Don’t take me wrong. I love this place, and I love writing. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy, sometimes sentimental, almost always happy. When I don’t write I miss it. I miss this feeling of being able to create worlds, to move obstacles, to build bridges. Someone once told me, if you can write something that moves people, that touches their souls, then it would be a crime, not to write. I surely hope I can touch peoples’ hearts with my words. Because if I don’t it is all for nothing. I write for myself, true, but I love to know that my writing has helped someone, has amused someone, or has changed someone’s life (a little too much to hope for, I know, but still!).

A good friend made me realize that I missed writing, but I wanted things to be differently. And I decided it is time to move on. To leave this place for good, and to open a new page in my writing and blogging life. In February we will move The Colors Magazine to a new domain. And as you probably have already guessed we will name the new place Colors of My Soul. Moreover, the domain is purchased and you can even check it now here. Please remember it or even save it somewhere with an easy access because I would love to see you there.
The concept of a new website is a different one. There will be more focus on creative writing, writing tips and exercises. There will be a chance for everyone to showcase their talent. We welcome new submissions. Please contact me for more details. I would be happy to publish your writing pieces. Colors of My Soul is a place to share your talent, your feelings, emotions, maybe even fears sometimes, too. It is a place to learn and it is a place to encourage each other. I surely hope we will make it a beautiful home for everyone who loves writing as we do.
Meanwhile before we launch the website you can join us on Facebook (we have a beautiful new page!) at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Colors-of-My-Soul/159849177442496?sk=app_158086484245654. We will discuss writing techniques, tips, share useful links and information. I hope to see you there. And I hope you will be interested in subscribing to Colors of My Soul. We have prepared a special bonus for every subscriber of our new website.
