Smart Fish, Wise Bird but the Foolish Man

The fish escaped;
the bird didn’t give up.
The fish went deeper;
away from the poking beak of the bird.
The bird readied for another dive,
for that other fish.
Ram watched the game,
Happy, contended,
as both succeeded.
What he saw made sense.
Life seemed bitter, but better.
The dictum of life:
Mind your own business.
He learnt for the nth time.
But can he be the fish, who escaped alone,
Without warning others?
No!
Could he be the bird?
And kill mindlessly?
No!
So Ram remained foolish,
but saintly.

…
//Without warning others?
No!
Could he be the bird?
And kill mindlessly?
No!
So Ram remained foolish,
but saintly. // thats well said

Loved it, specially the ’so the fish remained foolish, but saintly’ part.
