Contest Entry #30: Decision

Arguments. Chaos. Anger. Madness. Gun-Shot. Blackout.
She lay there - lifeless. He stood there-smiling.
Siren. Police. Evidence. Case.
He knew it was a trap.
Summons. Court. Jury. Sentence.
There was just no escape.
Calm. Tranquility. Peace.
They were together again and this time to stay.

A good one…but the plot has a loop hole!!

If it was a crime of passion….and if he wanted to be with her for eternity…he could have easily shot himself too…..why wait for the sentence???

    Best Of Luck!!

The story is a typical event from the society when people heavily driven by emotions commit crimes even to the very ones they love. But then I wonder if it’s really true love?

A little bit more work and play with words will make this a great piece. :)

Strong writing here. A story of someone’s life, in such a small piece of writing. Beautiful :)
